Our default method of shipment for domestic USA is US Postal
Priority Mail. For selected international destinations, our default method of
shipment is US Postal Global Priority Mail.
Natural Assets offers various way to ship our products
depending on customer’s requests. Please call, email or fax for actual shipping rates
from other carriers such as US Postal Express Mail Services (EMS) which is less expensive
than FedEx, DHL, UPS, Airborn Express, etc..
US Postal Express Mail Services (EMS), a government agency,
provides express mail service to most countries in the world. The service is less
expensive than other commercial express carriers (FedEx, UPS, etc.) but more expensive
than the US Postal Global Priority Mail.

Delivery of Your Orders
Natural Assets will deliver your orders as soon as we receive
your money order or your credit-card purchases have been approved. We pledge to ship your
order within 24 hours. Most orders placed by 11 am Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be
shipped the same day.
If you order several items and some of the items are not in
stock, we will hold your order until it is ready for delivery.
Changes/Cancellation & Returns/Exchanges
Natural Assets will do our best to change, cancel or return,
exchange your order. Please call us at 1-714-891-9488 or email to us at assets@eomana.com.
If you receive an unwanted item, just
return it for a full refund.
Natural Assets also provide a full refund within 30 days of
your purchase if you are not satisfy with our products. All you have to do is simply

Order multiple products to save on shipping cost since it
costs the same to ship 1 or 2 bottles and to ship 3 or more bottles.

if order is over US$50.00 (domestic USA only)
We will discount US$2.00, if you pay by check or by money
order via air-mail. Pay by check or by money order save times and overhead expenses.
