Oxy+

Promote a cleaner water environment for shrimp/fish to grow faster, bigger & healthier.

Shrimp/Fish Pond Water Problems

The main problems of shrimp/fish pond bad water are from waste substances such as shrimp/fish feces, shrimp/fish shelves, extra shrimp/fish feed, death of small animals or water plants.

Shrimp/fish breaths oxygen that is in the water (dissolved oxygen (DO)) to live and grow. Furthermore, the various existing bacteria in the pond that digest the waste substances also need oxygen to be successful in controlling the waste substances in the pond. If there is not enough oxygen because of the competition of oxygen between the shrimp/fish & the bacterial, the bacteria will not be capable of digesting the waste substances and keeping the pond clean & healthy.

A healthy pond will contain the various bacteria to complete the cycle and will remain clean and provide a healthy environment that produces healthy shrimp/fish thus producing great financial rewards.

Product Information

  1. Solution to the Water Problems:
  2. More Oxygen

Oxy+ will provide the needed extra oxygen for the bacteria and allowing the shrimp/fish to have more Dissolved Oxygen to grow healthy. The shrimp/fish cannot use the oxygen supplied by Oxy+. The bacteria will now have more oxygen generated by Oxy+ to live and to digest the waste substances that pollute the water.

The shrimp/fish pond paddle wheel and other hi-tech aeration either do not provide enough oxygen or cost too high to operate. The combination of Oxy+ and aeration is the most cost-effective solution.

  3. Oxy+ Shrimp/Fish Pond Water Treatment

Oxy+ is a non-hazardous, non-volatile, pH Neutral water-based product. Oxy+ does not contain enzymes, waxes, bacteria or elements that are environmental harmful. Oxy+ is a proprietary bio-stimulant organic salt product that contains nutrients that provide extra molecular oxygen for the bacteria in the pond. These bacteria will now have more oxygen generated by Oxy+ to live and to digest the waste substances that pollute the water.

Oxy+ will not harm living creatures such as shrimp/fish unless heavily overdosed. Oxy+ has a pH of 7 and is a product that has water as a part of the product.

Recommended Use & Dosage

  1. Using Oxy+
  2. Experience has shown that using Oxy+ on a daily basis is superior to weekly or month dosing.

  3. New Pond (Baby Shrimp/Fish)
  4. Very small amounts of Oxy+ are required when the pond is new & clean. The typical dosage is one quarter part per million (1/4 ppm) per day. Farmers should be able to estimate the amount of water in their pond by calculating the surface area and multiply to the depth of the pond.

Example: 1/4 liter of Oxy+ for 1 million liters of water.

For a typical shrimp pond of two hectares and 1.5 meters deep (20,000 square meter (mr2) x 1.5 = 30,000 cubic meters (mr3). Where one mr3 contains about 500 liters of water. Therefore, 30,000 mr3 x 500 liters = 15 million liters of water.

At the beginning, farmers would need 1/4 liter of Oxy+ 4:1 per 1 million liters water per day or 3.75 liters of Oxy+ per 15 million liters of water per day or 112.5 liters per month.

  5. Aged Pond
  6. As the pond and the shrimp/fish mature, the dosage should be increased depending on the amount of waste produced by the shrimp/fish (the more shrimp/fish the more waste) and the amount of overfeeding.

The dosage should be estimated, experimented and adjusted (increase to 1/2 part per millions per day, 3/4 parts per millions per day, etc..) to obtain clear water (appropriate clearness is about 25 to 35cm).

  7. Mature Pond (Adult Shrimp/Fish)

The pond must be monitored to ascertain the condition of the water. The dissolved oxygen (DO) supplied by the aeration system should not be allowed to drop below the DO recommended for the type of shrimp in production.

As the shrimp/fish mature and produce more waste, additional Oxy+ must be added to the scheduled dosage to keep the pond clean. For a typical pond, the dosage could increase to two liters to six liters of Oxy+ per million liters of water per day.

SUMMARY: The Benefits of Oxy+

  1. Oxy+ greatly increases the molecular oxygen that can be used by the bacteria in the water. The bacteria will now have more oxygen generated by Oxy+ to live and to digest the waste substances that pollute the water.
  2. Oxy+ is much less expensive than other enzymes or bacterial products
  3. Oxy+ is a non-toxic water-based product.
  4. Oxy+ will allow shrimp/fish to grow larger
  5. Oxy+ will allow shrimp/fish to grow faster
  6. Oxy+ will allow shrimp/fish to grow healthier (disease free)
  7. Oxy+ will decrease shrimp/fish mortality
  8. Oxy+ (pH 7) will not effect the pH of the pond.
